Information provide is not correct (package dimension 52 but this is the size of the box) i don't need that info, unfortunately for me i thought that dimension was for the panel and the real dimension is 48". my old panel was 60" and the set up was different, other than that it for find for now. they should add the real dimension of the panel to avoid people get confuse.

The water stream that comes from the front of the unit isn't even half as strong as the stream of water that comes from the top. A bit dissapointing, but still a nice feature. And the handheld unit is great for pet bathing. We love that the unit can just be lifted of the wall connection at the end of the outdoor shower season and be stored inside for the winter. It even came with a soft fabric storage bag to keep it in. It looks very high end and we've received many compliments on it. I like the temperature readout so I can always get the temp I want and so we can ensure it's not too hot for kids and our new doggo.

Bought in February of 2020, upon installation the temperature display stopped working almost immediately. Customer service (thank you, Oliver) was great!! sending a replacement. However, the cost of a plumber to come back to replace wasn’t worth the expense. Now, here in November, 2021, the hand-held sprayer has started spraying (leak) from the handle portion of the wand. Almost as though the plastic handle has a seam that sprung a leak. Knowing what I know now, and for the expense, I’d probably opt for another shower fixture.
